nibs etc. was founded out of a passion for minimising kitchen waste as much as possible, by upcycling kitchen leftovers and creating no waste recipes.  A passion that has evolved into creative collaborations and bespoke events, all with the mission to encourage people to think differently about their food 'waste', to think before you toss, through the preparation of delicious foods.  nibs etc. brings us back to our roots, catering beautiful and innovative food, where nothing is wasted, and everything is appreciated.
