This is how I live and breathe food, and why. No culinary taboos, no crash diets. Carbs? Abso-freaking-lutely. Respect yourself enough to know that your body deserves the chocolate fondant as much as the green juice. Healthy means balance. Balance means going back to our roots, when nothing was wasted, and everything was appreciated. Balance is the new normal. Food is our universal common ground.
