It feels only fitting, that for this 1 year anniversary post - albeit a week or so late - that it should be none other than the Frittaffle. There is really only one thing left to do.
Today is July 4th. There are many things going through my mind: I miss America (more than I expected to). I miss San Francisco. I miss my friends. Craving some smoked bbq ribs right about now.
